  • Project Manager

    Administrative Duties:

    • Professionally perform all duties as outlined on the current Project Manager Checklist (current list attached) for each and every installation
    • Maintain project profitability
    • Verify scope of projects with sales team and customer
    • Coordinate pre and post installation meetings
    • Communicate with customer as needed
    • Coordinate work flow and schedule internal staff and subcontractors for all installations
    • Schedule resources
    • Secure and deliver appropriate closeout documentation to closeout coordinator
    • Learn all necessary software: Microsoft CRM, Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Work to achieve 100% satisfaction 100% of the time
    • Other duties as deemed necessary by management
    • Responsible for timely and accurate submission of all paperwork associated with all installations
    • Assist in inventory control as needed
    • Locate sales opportunities through installation contacts
    • Provide periodic reports as requested by management
    • Participate in Employee Reviews as requested

    • Other duties as deemed necessary by management

    Field Work Duties:

    • Site visits as necessary
    • Act as main client contact for installations
    • Manage the details associated with multiple projects, emergent changes, and making confident decisions that will impact project completion and the bottom line
    • Attend project meetings as required
    • As required, meet with the install team and client at site to reconfirm expectations
    • Monitor installation progress through site visits and daily reports
    • Verify client’s satisfaction with the installation
    • Work towards improving professionalism of installation staff and our reputation in the marketplace

    Competency:

  • Service Technician

    Primary Duties:

    • Perform service calls, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with A/V systems
    • Perform preventative maintenance of contracted systems
    • Load and test control code
    • Load and tweak DSP files
    • QA systems after performing work
    • Train clients on use of A/V systems

    • Crimp, solder, wire pull, label, terminate, and other technical tasks associated with A/V systems
    • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
    • Resolve all customer service issues with management

    • Submit markups when needed

    Summary:

    • Technicians are responsible for configuration, testing and QA of AV and multimedia systems

    Primary Duties:

    • Troubleshoot and repair newly installed and existing custom audiovisual and multimedia systems
    • Troubleshoot and resolve control systems programming issues
    • Load and test control code
    • Load, write and tweak dsp files
    • Write MLC configurable systems, load and test QA systems after performing work

    • Obtain CTS designation
    • Assist in systems installation when necessary

    Summary:

    • The Accountant analyzes financial data to identify issues and inconsistencies, perform month-end closings timely and accurately, maintain general ledger accounts, propose process improvement initiatives, present financial reports to internal department personnel, supports the accounting department with systems maintenance, special projects and other duties as assigned.

    Summary:

    • The field installer will work with the production team to remove and install audiovisual equipment for clients.

    Primary Duties:

    • Custom audiovisual installations
    • Wire pulling and termination
    • Equipment installation and removal when necessary
    • Install display (projector/flat panel), screen and check for simple functionality
    • Labeling all wire and equipment
    • Use hand and power tools
    • Site cleanup
    • Safe use of ladders, scaffolding and lifts
    • Lift heavy and bulky equipment
    • Use CAD drawings and blueprints
    • Giving excellent customer service and having a professional attitude

    General Duties:
